Frequently Asked Questions

Wholesale Foods delivers to homes, offices, restaurants and other business across the Greater Toronto Area including Brampton, Mississauga, Downtown Toronto, North York, Scarborough and Markham. Please check delivery schedule to see which day we are coming to your area! If your location is not within our delivery zone, please email us to make special arrangements!

There is a minimum purchase amount of $200 to qualify for free delivery within our delivery zone. For orders below $200, the delivery charge is $20 to locations within our delivery zone. For orders outside our delivery zone, please email us to make special arrangements! Please see truck delivery guidelines below.

TRUCK DELIVERY GUIDELINES:

• Deliveries are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We will try our best to fulfill special requests and accommodations.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered according to the truck delivery schedule.
• Place order 1 day prior to have it delivered on the next available truck delivery day for your area.
• Free delivery for orders above $200.
• $20 delivery charge for orders below $200.
• Due to COVIC-19, condo/apartment deliveries will be to ground floor only.
• If your location falls outside our delivery area, please contact us for special arrangements.
• Delivery charge is for order processing, order picking, packaging, transport and handling.

ORDER PICKUP GUIDELINES:

• Free pickup for all orders at our warehouse.
• Pickups are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
• Allow up to 2 hours to process same day order pickup.
• Park in designated parking spot marked "WholesaleFood" and contact us on arrival.
• Your order will be brought to your vehicle.
